Delivery Information

You can receive your order through the carrier Nacex in Mainland Portugal and Spain

Except for rare exceptions other than Grazy Seillert, all orders completed and paid by Bank Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal, Multibanco or by Paying for Collection *, will be dispatched on the same day, provided payment has been made until 12:00 of one working day. Orders paid after this time will be shipped the next business day.

The option to pay by bank transfer * will have a confirmation period that will vary between 24h and 5 working days (depending on the country of origin of the transfer). In this method of payment, Grazy Seillert has no control over the execution period of the banking movement, which is the responsibility of the Bank of the Client. In these cases, the order will be shipped the day we receive confirmation of payment from the bank.

If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, confirmation of payment, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Service. We will wait for a response for three business days. The order will not be shipped until we get a response to our message. If we do not get any response within this time period, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.

Attempting to track your order online upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email may not return any results. In fact, shipping information may take up to 24 hours after receipt of the shipment confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when doing the same.

The customer can receive the order where it wishes (except in sections) from Monday to Friday. To do this, simply provide us the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm. An attempt shall be made to deliver by a courier from the carrier chosen at the address indicated by the customer.

WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, since it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.

The delivery of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can lead to its return to Grazy Seillert, causing additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always make sure that the delivery address indicated when ordering is registered is correct and correct. complete. If the customer opts for the Nacex service, the order will be sent to the selected address when registering the same.

In case of absence, a notice will be left to the recipient to call the agency responsible for delivering the order or to the general number of Nacex, in order to schedule a new attempt on the date that suits you. The recipient has a period of 5 working days to contact the carrier and schedule a new delivery attempt. If you do not do it within the time limit, the order will be returned to us.

Orders registered to the collection can be paid by debit card or cash. All couriers have a terminal, TPA, for payments by card. If you choose to pay in cash you will have to provide the exact amount of the charge, since the couriers are not obliged to have change. In fact, if the amount paid is higher than the amount charged, the customer will risk losing the value of the difference.

Mainland Portugal and Spain

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time may vary between 24 and 72 working hours 1 to 3 business days if the delivery address is in a remote area or because it is impossible to distribute or assign routes or road accidents. The shipping costs calculated on the Grazy Seillert website are merely indicative and calculated based on the weight of the goods added to the cart, and may change on the date of shipment or exceed the limits of weight or volumetry established by the carrier, for this reason whenever at the moment of processing of the order there are differences of shipping cost between the initially calculated we will contact through our customer assistance to confirm the shipment.

The cost of shipping may be added the cost of additional services chosen by the customer at the time you send us your request.

There are the following forms of payment available;.

- Prepayment by bank transfer or deposit (The customer receives his order paying only the cost of shipping).

- Payment Payment Service (There is an associated cost of providing the service by NACEX).

- The Customer can make the payment in Cash or with ATM card at the time of receipt of the merchandise.
