9. DELIVERY

10. UNABILITY TO SHIP

If, after 30 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the order cannot be delivered for reasons that do not compete with us, we can assume that you want to cancel the contract, and it will be finalized. 12. PRICE AND PAYMENT

13.1 PROPERTY OF GRAZY SEILLERT CARDS

13.3 FORM OF ACQUISITION

13.4 REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF CARDS

The balance of the Card cannot be refunded or returned in cash. However, as with other products sold at Grazy Seillert stores or at www.grazyseillert.com and under the same terms and conditions that are established at the place where the purchase is made, the return of the Card that has not been used will be accepted, within the following terms and deadlines:

13.4.1 The Card purchased at any Grazy Seillert store and the physical Card purchased at www.grazyseillert.com, can be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

13.4.2 The Virtual Card purchased at www.grazyseillert.com can be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of its sending by Grazy Seillert to its recipient.

13.4.3 The amount paid for the Card will be returned in the same way as it was purchased.

13.5 LIMIT OF USE

The Card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount issued is exhausted.

13.6 CARD BALANCE

The balance available on the Card at any time, corresponds to the difference between the balance prior to the time of purchase and the amount corresponding to the purchase itself. If the value of the purchase exceeds the balance available on the Card, the difference can be paid in cash or through any of the other payment methods accepted at Grazy Seillert stores or at www.grazyseillert.com, as the case may be.

13.7 CARD BALANCE CONSULTATION

13.8 POLICY FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE WITH THE CARD

13.10 VALIDITY OF THE CARD

This Card is valid for a period of one year, from the date of issue. Once the term has expired, the Card cannot be used for the purchase of items, and the unused balance must be renewed and the balance cannot be claimed, as well as the card account for the new card on the renewal date. The Card balance cannot be refunded or returned in cash.

13.11 CARD

13.12 SENDING AND RECEIVING THE CARD
